Wear women's sneakers, panties, pantyhose and yoga pants. Drink enough water to fill up your bladder and get really desperate to pee. When you're barely able to hold it, start running on a spot and do that for 15 minutes and than pee yourself while still running. Stay in wet clothes for 30 minutes.
