Well, you might have some toothpaste you could use on your clit. Then melt an icecube where you used the toothpaste.

You migh also have some clothes pegs. Put one on each nipple for some time. Say 5 minutes or 15 if you feel daring.

Start with a small bit of toothpaste, a maximum of what you put on your toothbrush. You might not feel it directly, but it will come.
