In the vagina it can cause infection, yes. Use water, plain yogurt, pasteurised egg white, salt in right proportions, heat in microwave 5-10 s for vaginas.

The butt is not that sensitive, but it depends a lot on how sensitive you are. Use cornstarch instead of flour to lower risks, maybe just use plain yogurt to be really safe.

It also depends of course on what is important for you: how "real" it should feel, look and taste.
