You have this backwards. You pick a loser that does the current dare, and then post a new dare for the next round, not post the dare the loser does.

The new dare:
Loser must roll dice (2) - that's how many items are used.

Roll one die - that's how much clothing you'll be wearing.

Find someone else (anyone, can't be yourself) and they decide what and where the mess goes.
