yes but i dont have one and dont want to break my bike to get it plus it would inflate into a ring?

You don't need to break your bike. Just take apart one wheel and mount it back after training. Your ass wont let it to inflate to full ring, just as much as it can take. And as bigger as better if i remember it good.

couldnt really fuck the door handles theres no space to get my cheek on one side and insert the handle also i dont have many pens so i used colouring in pencils, i got 37 in but then ran out i could have fitted more
