Is there any way to filter out all these kik spam posts?

None of the dares on the frontpage are actual dares, its just a bunch of dudes that want to talk on kik. Is there any way to filter it so you just get dares and not all this kik spam?

I dont think so. Unfortunately getdare is an old site now without too much development or organisation. What you see is what you get!
