Looking for harsh punishments (18F)

I'm an 18 year old female, who needs harsh punishment ideas. I got caught touching myself, and rubbing my tits, and master wants me to be left with an impact. Open to anything, as long as it is decently quiet, and can be done in my room, so the rest of my housemates don't know.

Don't have any special materials, just household items, markers, clothes pins, metal and plastic hangers, pens, ice, toothpaste, rulers, etc.

Master will be thankful for any ideas, this is not this first time he has punished me for this. Thank you.
