All the time. Skyrim, Fallout 4 (both with the sex mods running), Second Life, Sims 4 (again with the nudity/sex mods). Whatever I feel like playing that day. Since I spend as much time as possible in as little as I can get away with, being naked on the computer is not surprising.

I did a challenge a while ago when Skyrim Special Edition came out. I played as a female character with a nude mod, & the armor I could wear was inversely proportional to the clothes I was wearing. If I was fully clothed, no armor for me & vice versa. It was quite good because you would have to pick what type of challenge you wanted, & could adjust it on the fly.

I have also done multiple fap roulettes based around League of Legends & Overwatch that required me to be naked or crossdressed & to perform acts/dares while I played.

I don't very often any more, but when I was younger, I gamed nude fairly often. Not usually on dares, though maybe once or twice from an online dare or the like.

Rather, when I live alone, I see little reason to wear clothes at home. There was one period when I was unemployed for a few months, after my roommate had moved out, when I just didn't wear clothes, period. Well... other than to run to the grocery store to restock on provisions! (It was winter!)

I was really into City of Heroes at that point (an MMO), and one time I forgot that I'd ordered a pizza, and joined a big group activity like a raid, and, uh... the doorbell rang. I had to be really fast, to get back before I, or my team, died from me going AFK and I completely forgot I was naked and just answered the door wearing nothing but my glasses and my gaming headset. Not like, a timid little 'hide behind the door' thing either, no no... I literally forgot so just flung the door open and stood there expectantly, reaching for the pizza.

The guy just stood there and handed it over, and I noticed he was staring slack-jawed, but still didn't make the connection. It was only as I was putting the pizza down on my counter and adding the tip to the receipt and signing it, that it dawned on me what he was staring at... but I didn't have time to get all bashful then, so I just laughed, grinned, handed him the tip and his pen back, said, "Sorry!" and dashed back to finish the battle.

Afterward, my team had a hell of a laugh as I told them what had happened. XD
