I know it's really hard but possible in several chastity devices. Try it and you will see, if it's possible with yours.

You have sex AND want to jerk off?? That's a bad idea. I would say the only way to cum for you should be during sex. That should be a motivation for you. Maybe even only allowed to cum if you make your partner get an orgasm first.
