well i broke my locking plastic pants and now idk how to make new ones but im looking for a dare in which im stuck in my diaper u can tell me what to use and how long i must stay in them

Drink (at leasts) 1 cup of water and one cup of coffee every 30 minutes. do this for 3 hours. Also do some exercises in that time.
you have to stay in them for 24 hours after that.

When you go to sleep tie your hands and your feet to the bed. Don't leave the bed until next morning.
