Default Wedgie Training Program

This is a wedgie training program. It is an altered version of a thread posted a couple years ago which I believe could use some editing. This is for beginners, so if you are really into wedgies you might want to try to find something more intense. But I aim to cover the main different kinds of wedgies, including dangling and hanging.

Week 1 - Wedgies

Day 1
Hook your underwear on a doorknob and lower yourself slowly. Once you begin getting a wedgie, stay in that position for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds you may unhook the underwear. Set a timer for 30 minutes, and once it goes off you can unpick your wedgie.

Day 2
Give yourself a wedgie by pulling on your waistband. Then, grab the legholes and ensure they are wedged in too. Grab your buttcheeks as you do this to make sure all the fabric is wedged in. Leave it in for one hour.

Day 3

Give yourself a jock lock wedgie, and set a time for 6 minutes. When the timer is up, you have four minutes to get out without using your hands. If you fail, repeat the whole dare. The dare is complete once you succeed, or after you have failed 3 times.

Day 4
Repeat Day 1 wedgie, hanging for a minute seconds and keep the wedgie in for 2 hours. If you need to use the restroom, you may go, but you must hang for another 2 minutes after going and then continue the timer.

Day 5
Hang for 5 minutes. Then, give yourself a jock lock. stay in it for 20 minutes, then get out without your hands.

Day 6
Get a broom or other long slender object about your height. Stand on top of something and hook your underwear on it, then step down so that your underwear is pulled high.

Day 7
Repeat Day 6, but you may not unpick the wedgie until you go to sleep. If you go to the bathroom you may unpick but you must repeat the dare afterwards.



Week 2 - Melvins

Day 1
Frontal hang yourself on the doorknob for 2 minutes

Day 2
Sharply and rapidly tug your underwear from the front 30 times. Wait one hour and do it again.

Day 3

Repeat Day 1 wedgie, hanging 3 minutes.

Day 4
Repeat Day 3 wedgie, hanging 4 minutes. While you are in the hanging melvin, tug the back of your underwear once every 30 seconds.

Day 5
Give yourself/ask someone to give you a melvin, very very hard. It must go to your ribs.

Day 6
Give yourself a shoulder wedgie and sleep with it.

Day 7
Repeat week 1's day 7 with a melvin




Week 3 - Dangling Wedgies/Melvins

A dangling wedgie is hanging wedgie in which you can still barely touch the ground, rather than completely hanging.

If anything rips, then you are done. For each dare, find a suitable place to hook your underwear where you can still touch the ground.

Day 1
Wedgie yourself and dangle for 2 minutes.

Day 2

Melvin yourself and dangle for 2 minutes

Day 3
Dangling wedgie for 2 1/2 minutes, then a dangling melvin for 2 1/2 minutes. You may not unpick your wedgie between these two.

Day 4
Dangling melvin for 4 minutes

Day 5
Dangling wedgie for 5 minutes. Repeatedly tug the front of your underwear while dangling.

Day 6
Dangling melvin for 5 minutes, then a dangling wedgie for 5. No unpicking inbetween.

Day 7
Dangling wedgie for 10 minutes



Week 4 - Hanging Wedgies/Melvins

If anything rips, then you are done. Find a suitable place to hang by your underwear without touching the ground. Always have a way to escape safely, be careful and smart.

Day 1

Hanging wedgie for 30 seconds. Do not touch the ground or balance on anything. Try your best to freely hang for the full 30 seconds.

Day 2
Hanging melvin for one minute

Day 3

Hanging wedgie for 5 minutes. Repeatedly tug the front of your underwear.

Day 4
Hanging wedgie for 10 minutes. Do not unpick until tomorrow morning.

Day 5
Hanging melvin for 12 minutes.

Day 6
Hanging melvin for 15 minutes

Day 7
Hanging wedgie for 15 minutes. Do not unpick until tomorrow morning.


Week 5 - Squeaky Clean Wedgies

Day 1
Hanging wedgie for 5 minutes. Tug the front of your underwear very hard for the duration of the wedgie.

Day 2
Give yourself 25 squeaky clean wedgies.

Day 3
Find a pair of underwear or shorts you can do an atomic wedgie with. Keep it on for 30 seconds, tugging the front hard the whole time.

Day 4
Give yourself 50 squeaky clean wedgies.

Day 5
Repeat day 4

Day 6
Repeat day 5

Day 7

Hanging wedgie for 15 minutes, repeatedly tugging the front of your underwear as hard as possible.

Week 6 - The Week of Testing

Day 1

Give yourself a dangling wedgie for 15 minutes. Do not unpick until you do tomorrows dare.

Day 2
Give yourself a hanging melvin for 20 minutes. If it rips, get another pair and finish the dare.

Day 3

Give yourself a hanging wedgie for 20 hours. If the underwear rips, replace the underwear and continue.

Day 4
Put on two pairs of underwear. Give yourself a jock lock with the inside one and an atomic from the outside. Leave on for 5 minutes.

Day 5
Put on two pairs. Give yourself a shoulder wedgie with one and a hanging with the other for 10 minutes. If it breaks, replace the pair and continue.

Day 6
Give yourself a shoulder wedgie with one pair, then with the wedgie in, put on another and do a jock lock with it. Remain like this for 20 minutes.

Day 7
Hanging wedgie for 10 minutes. later in the day, a hanging melvin for 15 minutes. Sleep in a shoulder wedgie.

Started yesterday with the training so far I am enjoying it
Day 1: I did the task it was my first time to do a wedgie defiantly different. But I slowly started enjoy it.
Day 2: right now I still doing it the hour is not up yet but I did it before I did the chores and I feel it every time i go down to pick up something it is kinda turning me on. I thought about putting on a pair of heels with it but decided not too will update on the other ones when I do them

great post. I'm going to get to it I too can't do anything with melvins, i can't quite hang either but i suppose dangling will work or could you substitute maybe squeeky cleans for bra connection wedgies?
