In which case for the rest of this year you are only allowed to orgasm twice a week. Your orgasm days are Sunday, Monday and Thursday between 6:30 and 8:00 am or pm. I'm going to give you something a bit different as part of your rules, you're going to be the first to play Cum Lotto once a week.

So you choose the Extreme Orgasm Control game! Currently you orgasm once a day well for the next week we are going to increase your output to 2 orgasm sessions per day. But as you chose level 5 each time you have to orgasm you have to do it twice.
