After work/school, preferably during daylight hours, sneak around to the back of the building (careful of cameras!).

Somehow, I don't care how, you must remove everything that isn't an outermost layer, and throw it onto the roof of building. This means socks and underwear for sure, possibly undershirt too. You could undress and redress for this, or you could cut or rip them off under your clothes, both have their upside and downside. Don't plan on ever seeing these items again.

Extra Daring: Before you put back anything you had to remove to get at your under-things, all inner layer items must be on the roof. So you might be standing there naked, hoping the breeze doesn't betray you and keep blowing stuff back down!

Double Dare: Anything you unbutton, unzip, unbuckle, untie, or unfasten in general, may not be redone once you get dressed until you get home. Anything. That's shoes, pants (button and zipper), belt, shirt buttons, jacket, etc.
