Questionnaire on punishment boxes - good or bad?

Punishment boxes...

1) Good idea or bad?

2) what would be the Worst punishment you would put in the box?

3) How harsh/nice would you make the punishments seeing as the box itself would be a scary thought?

4) Would you also implement a treat box?

5) Would you use it for every transgression or just serious ones?

6) Just For Curiosity... Are you a Submissive or a Dominant?

Personally i think they seem like an effective idea especially as the submissive never knows what card they will pull out so the anticipation can be a punishment in itself.
