About total posts?

Why is it that most posts you make count toward your total posts, but posts made in person above/loser has to threads dont add onto it? Just an oddity I've noticed!

That is how the forum is set up. I thought it was only supposed to be the Lounge games, but obviously it is not.

It was something that was implemented awhile ago, way before I became a mod. I am assuming it is because: Usually on above or similar threads aren't very involved. You can post a large amount of times in a day and therefore it gives an inaccurate representation of how active you are if somebody sees your post count is at 1000 when all you have ever posted in are those type of threads.

It is an oddity, but somehow, it makes sense that it is that way...
