Why can I only send 25 PMs per hour? I was talking to someone and now I can't respond?

Perhaps to avoid spams.

When you need so much talking you may chose a chat site like tinychat or even rolz or the very own chat of getdare

Never had the issue but I suppose it's to keep spamming at an Minimum.

You can use the private Chatrooms of this site tho.

If you pay $10 a year, you can get a lot more. Or I think there is a way to "download" your messages
