lets make sure you get a good nights sleep. Start by taking a small pair of underwear, and put your head through it ant the waist band above your nose. now your breathing throu your underwear. then but a pair of underwear through one ankle. twist it until its tight and then put your other ankle through. repeat with your hands. if your alone, than you also dont get covers.
