19/f in need of sleeping dares

I'm alone in my room at night and i need you to tell me what to do/wear while sleeping.

it could be a "ritual" before going to sleep, bathroom control, anything you can think of.

i don't have any toys or rope but i have toothpaste, blindfold, rubber bands, coins, hairbrush and toothbrush.

i don't do photos, cam or kik.

What about this:

Before going to sleep you have to:

• edge 3 times naked and on your knees
• hit 15 times hand's palms and foot's soles with a rubber band

To go to bathroom you have to:

• to stay 5 minutes barefoot on tiptoes before enter
• lick the shower before exit

Always sleep butt naked, no exceptions.

Never cover yourself with no bed clothing, excepting when it is under 10C outside or 15C inside your room.

Sleeping naked sounds good but let me add a nice blindfold for you (helps sleeping because its dark.. oh and you dont see if anybody entered the room)

Also the door should always be open

Also put on some white noise on the background, as loud as you need to for it to do its job properly...

Don't you know what white noise is?
Easy, a white noise is the sound as a white light is to light... It consist of all the frequencies of sound blended together in a mess.

How does it sounds like?
The white noise by excellence consists of a analog radio or TV set to no channel. You know, that typical Shhhh sound.

That simple sound does its job quite well. If you feel like it won't, however, there are other less white noises, that do their job just as fine. They all sound similar, but are unique somehow:

• Waterfall
• River
• Rain
• Wind
• Wind through forest
• A window AC unit
• Shower stream
• Generated electronically by apps on your phone or computer
• Etc

Did you notice the pattern? They all (excepting the fake one) involve a moving fluid, weather it is air or water.

What is its job?
Think of what a white flash does to a camera, it totally blinds and neutralizes all other colors. In the same way, a white noise deafens and neutralizes you from all other sounds.

So, this plus an eye mask (such as you do get), means total sensory deprivation.
