well heres a quick one for you! On the run dont wear any underwear, and at somepoint on the run find a spot to edge, better yet put in a bullet vibe during your run!

If you have have a butt-plug or prostate massager wear one during your jog, if not put some ice or something hot in your pants or in some hole (any hole including mouth) during your jog.

and retie your shoes.
