For this dare you will need:
Metamucil
1 liquid glycerin suppository
1 thick diaper
1 small zip lock bag

For two days straight take maximum recommended dose on package of metamucil before each meal (drink plenty of water with it), all this fiber will create alot of poop

Do not go to poop during these two days under any circumstances

On the third day put on a thick disposable diaper and get dressed

Put the glycerin suppository and zip lock bag in your pocket

Leave your house while wearing the diaper and take a walk at least 15 minutes away from your house.
