help me work on my cardio
I work out 5 or 6 days a week, but I hate doing cardio. So I am going to try take up an adjusted training a former Mistress used.
I will go for a run around 2am tonight. For every 5 people that kick me "Running" at njimport99 i will make the run a bit more risky. The idea being the risk will encourage me to run faster and not stop. at 5 kiks i will run a lap in the park in panties 10 and i will a second lap naked 15 and i will run a lap in the neighborhood in panties 20 and i will run a lap in the neighborhood naked 25 and i will run 2 laps, in the neighborhood, 1st in panties and then naked. everyone will get pic proof of completion, maybe video |
