Pinch your nipples really hard and twist and pull at the same time. Do it 20 times to each nipple. Then place a clothespin on each nipple. now to take them off... squeeze the end on your nipples so it’s tight on your nipple and pull slowly until it comes off. Do it 10 times to each nipple.
