Not really when im living with my family to getout of a relationship with an abusive dom. It was only emotional and verbal but now i have serious trust issues i cant even trust my own family, let alone coworkers.

i think "only" is a wrong word in that case. Often it hurts more when its
psychologically than when its physical.
I think you need to take that serious, thats the most important thing because taking it serios means taking yourself serious
