I have small breasts. I guess it depends on who I am speaking with.

With my friends I feel secure. I talk openly about my breast size and I do not care if they humiliate me.

With strangers or people I have just known, I hate even just talking about it. When purchasing a bra, I even refuse when the shop assistant offer her help, because accepting her help means I have to *tell* her my breast size. Even *telling* my size makes me feel uncomfortable
