The next time you have to pee, you are only allowed to pee in a glass and either instantly drink it or use it as an enema. This goes on for one hour.

If you choose the enema you might want to use a buttplug, because everything that leaks goes back into you.

I once had to do this as a punishment. I had to drink my own recycled piss 5 times over the course of the day. It was terrible. The first batch was disgusting enough but each time it became even more disgusting.

Been there, done that, not gonna do it again!
