Okay I guess I'm doing better than I thought. Probably because I am a little more competitive and so not want to add any spanks to my list.

I did lose a pound so yay! (From my weekly tracking, not from the start of this thread.) I'm still crediting the thread though.

An hour of exercise plus under goal equals 3 points so all together 7.

I woke up a 6am for some reason today. I could not get back to sleep. I wanted to get up at 8am. Who voluntary wakes up at 6am for no reason? Apparently my brain thought I should!

So, first week down!

I'm not weighing myself until the end of the month. My exercise is so minimal that I don't expect to lose much, if any. It's worrying, actually, as I'm losing my gauge of how much I can do, whether I'm strengthening or weakening, and I'm about 1/2 a stone overweight. Still, with what's going on, maintenance may be the best I can hope for, with one or two pounds shed being a bonus.

Water is where the bulk of my points came from. It may seem a cop-out, but to drink that quantity of water still takes some presence of mind, for me at least, so I don't think it's too easy. I'm going to try and continue with that quantity for the rest of the month, mostly for science as I've never done it before. I'd like to think my skin is looking a little better for it, but I'm jaundiced at the moment, looking all yellow and shit like some sick mutant, so... maybe wishful thinking.

Food I'm doing mostly well, having only one bad day so far, and not too stringent with my calorie count. That being said, pain, cold and discomfort are pretty constant factors. So, again mostly a matter of maintaining a standard.

Things should vastly improve when I can work out more. However, this coming week it will simply not happen.
