Hey, there is over a foot of snow on the ground and I'm stuck inside and bored, I want some dares to do outside, or possibly inside that involve partial, or complete nudity, I won't do anything with masturbation but I enjoy spankings and Wedgies, I don't know, give me some dares! Simples. Take an object (like a pen, a penny, or smoething bigger, your choice depending on how daring you are) and hurl it outside. Strip naked and then go find it, no returning inside or putting any clothes on until the object is found.

Pick any stretch of 24 hours where you could do this:
Every hour, on the hour, for each of the 24 hours, you will go outside naked into the snow and lay down. On your back for every even hour, on your front for every odd hour. Stay absolutely still for at least 2 minutes and no more then 7 minutes. Return inside, reheat yourself any way you want, but don't drink alcohol during the 24 hours. Then you can prepare for your next trip.
