Dare: Person Above Genitalia

Just what it sounds like. You post, saying what the person above you should put on their genitalia (lets try to have some variety--not just toothpaste and Icy Hot). Also, put how much or how many times.

For example, I might say:
Person above puts chili powder on clit three times.

Make ice cubes out of water and chili powder. Add a few drops of hot sauce to the mix. When its frozen, cover it in more chili powder and then rub against your clit until it's melted. Repeat twice (for a total of three times).
