Only wear something that covers you in one piece like overalls (can be bought cheaply) or a wet suit. Go for a long walk (e.g. in wet suit by a beach,) as you are going for a walk remember to have a long drink before you go. Once you start walking you are not allowed to use a toilet unill you return, your predicament will be later when you want to pee.

An alternaive is to.....
