Wear a t-shirt that only just covers your privates, and nothing else except shoes and socks. Leave your house like this and get into a car with a friend who will take you wherever they want. It's legal as long as you're covered, so you could be taken anywhere at all without getting into trouble.

We were walking down the street and two police officers passed us. I was scared shitless that I might get arrested. They asked what we were doing and we said just walking around and they said have a nice day and kept walking.
