Small progress is still progress!!!

Plus changing your eating and drinking habits takes a lot, and is the first start to getting healthier.

This challenge was not made to be easy, it was made go CHALLENGE yourself!

Please don't be discouraged, as I've been struggling for a year to lose weight and have only lost 25lbs. I've been having to slowly change my habits including eating at drinking.
This time last year I probably walked an average of 4,000 steps a day. Maybe.

Just stay motivated, especially now that you know the areas you need to work on!
