Decided to share this life control/rules dice dare that its Dom used to use to help it become a better cunt. It usually did it for X days planned in advance, but it's added another roll to determine how long to do it for. Feel free to tweak according to your own limits/likes/toys etc.

Rules:

• Roll 2 6-sided dice for each category, each day. Can roll the night before if you want.
• You can reroll once per day.

Punishments (these are suggestions, other punishments on theme are allowed):

2 Anal - for 3 days, you may only touch yourself, shower, or eat with a plug in.
