5. Drink two glasses of water and water only. (1 glass = 25 cL or more)

Yes, your posts aren't included. But this one is included. Also you can ignore posts when people post more than one posts after each other without any one else in between those posts. Your posts do count as an 'in between post'.

So when someone is posting 5 posts without any post from somebody else, then you only have to roll once.
