looking for creative CBT tasks

Hello, i am looking for creative CBT tasks to apply to my package.

So i have done most "simple" things like:

clamps on cock
urethral penetration (12mm thight fit including stifled cumming)
urethral wax filling
light glans branding
foreskin sewing
tight tieing of cock and balls
weights

i am looking for tasks/ideas, that also may include parts of the above or more painful stuff.
However i am not looking for: heavy modifications , nor functional destruction, nor making a mess with blood or something this includes pushing needles into the balls or cock.

As i intend to record the action it should be something that would be visually appealing.
Also should You like some idea posted by someone else please let me know, because i'll try to do the things first that many people like.
