So the idea ov this thread is this
1.person 1 says I will do x rule with x (ex.3(not zero)) strength and does it until the next person posts
2.person 2 puts their own rule up with it's own strength as well as all the current rules and minuses 1 from the strength of all current rules

When a rules strength reaches 0 it stops getting passed around and is no longer mentioned

This basically means that every new poster adopts old rules and adds their own which they follow until the next person posts the strength is there so that rules die out because to many rules = dead thread but there will often be many rules at a time
