play paper, rock, scissors, or similar game until there is a Winner, 2nd, and loser. 2nd and loser have to strip down to their underwear. the Winner gets to cut both sets of underwear off their bodies. Loser has to stay naked, winner will tell 2nd what pair of underwear to put on, either a kids pair or a jock strap. Both will stay that way for remaining dares or until winner decides they may dress.

you will all drink 16 ounces of water every hour, but the challenge is to hold your pee as long as you can (to make it even, all will empty themselves before starting). First one that can't hold it anymore must lay down in the tub, dressed however he is at the time (may not strip). The other 2 will tie his hands behind his back and tie his feet. One will grab his cock and aim for him as he proceeds to piss all over his chest and/or face. once he is finished, the remaining 2 guys may piss on him as well. clean up just enough to make sure he will not drip piss everywhere, but may not change clothes or rinse or fully dry off.
