Start off easy, roll a dice. The number you throw are the amount of marshmallows you'll have to insert x2, meaning 3 eyes = 6 marshmallows . Put on a diaper and add alot of baby powder, as that is so cute !
Then handcuff yourself behind your back, you may only release yourself after you've messed the diaper completely and feel no urge to pee / poop anymore.

So I rolled a dice like you said, I rolled a 4. So I put 8 marshmallows in then loaded up on the powder. I then put a diaper on and hand cuffed my hands behind my back. At first I tried rolling around in my bed, then I figured I should go walk around the house and outside. After about 30mins I released the marshmallows into my diaper and fully wet myself.
