Are you in touch with your genitals? Let's find out... literally.

Boys, grab your penis and keep holding it. Girls, put a finger firmly against your clit and keep it there. Do this for 3 hours!

You are not allowed to stroke or rub. You are not allowed to get off on it. Just keep holding/touching it and do not let go or move your hand/finger under any circumstances for the full 3 hours.

During these 3 hours you must complete at least the following tasks:

Eat a full meal, so either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a snack doesn't count.
Bath or shower, wash your hair and body and brush your teeth.
Do at least 5 minutes of some form of exercise.

I have done this for 2 hours before! On a punishment so I didn't have to do all of the other tasks. I could only lay naked on my bed. It was tough not to rub. To make matters worse every 10 minutes I had to reach down and bring my juices up to my clit. It totally sucked!
