go to a thrift store/secondhand store so that you can purchase some inexpensive girly clothes. Get an employee to help you and choose some things out for you too. If you are bold enough, change into them in the store and wear them out.

Buy a pair of high heels. Any that are to your liking. Wear them for a couple hours while at home. Easy to combine this with any other suggestions you get here
