i did find this online so sorry if it is alrady on the site

Have your slave cut a half inch sliver of soap off a bar. Then have them insert the sliver into their male member. Make them keep it there for a few minutes. Urination will now be very painful.

Yep, It's been on here multiple times, although I still find it a great punishment.
