The best is a salt water flush, cleans you fully from the inside out (Yes.. very extreme but once you are used to it is no biggie.. also probably a good dare for scat lovers)

Then use something like an ear wax removal wash ball to insert a bit of water to really clean out the end.

I turn on the garden hose tap on strong enough for the jet of water to go up my ass without having to insert the end of hose in my anus. Any mess just goes om the grass and dirt.
