A Pain Sluts Journey

I am really wanting to be turned into a pain slut, but I need your help! right now I enjoy only a moderate amount of pain, but I want to get to the point where I can take almost anything! for example I hate hot sauce, but I want to eventually be able to get off in covering my genitals and asshole with it, or be able to coat a butt plug in it. right now I wouldn't enjoy it at all, and I've only put a small amount on my balls before, never put it in my ass yet. but that's just an example. I love all sorts of pain to a moderate degree, so please, help me get better at taking pain! ill accept anything in my limits, including CBT, anal torture, impact play, chemical play, maybe some light sounding, clamps, tying and weights etc. thanks for your help!
