Go for a walk. Bring headphones or earplugs and a bandana or similar blindfold.

While on the walking trail:
Drop all your clothes on one side of the trail. Go on the other side of the trail. Put on the blindfold and the headphones/earplugs. Lie on your back, with your knees spread wide. Edge two times.

That's it; you're done.
