Roll #1 (Preparation)-

Roll #2 (Getting Started)-

9: Edge 10 times, no more touching afterwards

11: Wrap a rubber band around your balls, but double it more than 3 times
12: You start early, do 1-6 from the next section

Roll #3 (Warm Up Slaps)-
1: 50 Slaps to your balls, softly
2: 100 Slaps to your balls, softly
3: 100 Slaps to your balls, at medium strength
4: 150 Slaps to your balls, at medium strength
5: 100 Slaps to you balls, hard, but not too hard
6: 150 Slaps to your balls, hard, not too hard
7: 200 Slaps to your balls, HARD
8: 300 Slaps to your halls, HARD
9: 100 medium Slaps, 100 hard Slaps, and 100 more even harder
10: 200 medium Slaps, 200 hard Slaps, and 250 more even harder
11: Do 1-6
12: Do 1-11

Roll #4 (Spicing things up)-
Note: For these rolls, use a wooden spoon (or ruler) coated with hot sauce.
1: 50 hard Slaps to your balls, then 10 hits to your penis glands, then 10 hits to your shaft.
2: 300 medium Slaps to your pathetic balls
3: Rub the hot sauce on top of your dick head, and get some in your urethra. Now smack all around your cock head 10 times.
