Which is more humiliating?

A bra, I think, because I wore my ex's knickers several times (she quite liked it when I did) and firstly they're easier to hide, easier to explain and most couples I've known will admit to having worn each other's underwear during their relationship

My only experience wearing a bra was while playing truth or dare with her, and it was embarrassing and didn't sit right, so I think there's that awkwardness to it too. But that's simply my viewpoint
