I hate ruined orgasms; I'm someone who likes to have sex frequently and only goes into denial or chastity for the challenge or pretty hefty reward. However, with my body it can take a lot to achieve orgasm and be painful in itself, so to have one ruined is just terrible. I'd rather edge or be in complete chastity for an extended time than have a ruined orgasm.

I would have thought that everyone edges for a bit (if only for a moment) before they continue to an orgasm, whether full-blown or ruined? And if you don't do it, why on earth not?

No, this just doesn't make sense. Edging and Ruining are not alternatives. Those of us who (sometimes) ruin our orgasms (almost) always enjoy a bit of edging. That's sort of part of the point, if you see what I mean.

I'm not sure I know which I would prefer, but sometimes the joy/pleasure lies in the pain/frustration - and an orgasm, even if ruined, would mean the end of that pleasure.

I'm currently in denial and have to edge a minimum of 10 times a day.
