didn't practise a long time, and i get used to feel comfortable.

Ever day, one hour before leaving the house, put as much rubber band as possible around your tits, clamp up you nipples, attach clamps to your pussy and spread your butt with a toy or similar. I alter it:
Start of by doing it every 20 mins in public. Instead of the tightening, increase the frequency by 2 minutes, but stop when you reach 5 minutes if you want.

Does that sound better?

Find online a way to tie ur tits up to squeeze them a little bit.

even if this dare is not posted here, i will report in public:

Get a coat hanger with clips on it and clamp them to your nipples. Tighten that grip by wrapping some elastic bands around the ends. Make sure it's really in there.
