It has been a while since I have tortured my nipples. I would love to have some ideas thrown my way. I only have common household items. Nothing permanent, no needles, no blood, nothing public, just things I can do at home when I'm alone.

Ice down your nipples for 30 seconds. Then snap a rubber band on them 15 times, followed by clothes pins on each for ten minutes.

Repeat three times.

Well there's always place for good painful nipple torture!Take a wooden spoon(or hairbrush)and give 30(atleast!)hard strokes straight to your nipples!then take firm grip of them with your fingers!pull them as much as possible!keep the stretching atleast 5 minutes!then twist them 20 times both! Do you have candle?nice good hot wax drops might do the trick too!

my favourite starter:

Ok, put nippleclamps on
Get a rope
Set a timer for 2 mins
Do jump ropes until timer expires.
If a clamp falls off, restart.
If still on, get a wooden spoon and smash them off.

Write good report!
