Have a friend pick a number between 100-999, tell him that what eaver number he picked is the number of times you getto kick his balls.
Extra: Tie you freind up nude gaged and blindfolded. Take a pic of him every time you kick him and send it to a friend.

done a simelar dare was kicked in balls 3 times bloody painful but 100-999 bit extreme there

How many times have you had it done to you? as I would think with between 100-999 you would not walk for awhile

I'd say that 568 really small kicks on the balls are still a risk I would not take.

WEDGIE!!!! The fact that your a human being means you have a minimum IQ level and even someone of the tiny IQ must be able to figure out nobody is EVER going to do your (and i use the term loosely) "dares". So either figure out some half intelligent dares or STFU!!!

yeah I agree with ManicD... wedgie, nobody can/would perform most of your dares realistically.. for the most part, they are physically dangerous and will most likely result in hospital trips...

Not only it can be very dangerous for the receiver but could as well be costly to the giver...

Judge: "Why did you kick this guy in the nuts 789 times?!"

Nutkicker: "It's not my fault, Your Honor, he asked me to do it as part of a dare..."

I'm not sure this excuse would cut it...

That would be a good xmas present. That would also be too simple. How about something more entertaining? we could dress him in a pink dress maybe and makeup and everything? or since its xmas season a red dress? make him go caroling?
