Default Self inflicted Pavlovian conditioning

The title makes it pretty clear. The challenge is to apply Pavlovian conditioning to yourself.

For those who don't know: Pavlovian conditioning "is a learning process in which an innate response to a potent stimulus comes to be elicited in response to a previously neutral stimulus; this is achieved by repeated pairings of the neutral stimulus with the potent stimulus."

Basically, it is taking a thing, and associating it with more intense thing. It is usually used to condition someone to feel arousal, or disgust, when exposed to certain stimulus, when done in a sexual context.

The goal of this thread is to associate something in a pleasurable way, so that it comes to be something that turns you on, implicitly.

The particular challenge I have in mind is for women. It is for women who are willing to taste themselves, but don't get anything out of it. If they do it, it is for a dare, or to amuse whoever they allow to watch them.

I want to condition you to associate your own flavor with sexual arousal and satisfaction.

Now that my overly-wordy self has declared intent, here is the process, for those who are interested:

You should be clean for this. Hygiene is important, and you will taste better. So, while I'm sure it should not need to be said, and I'm sure everyone here already does this, maintain genital cleanliness! And remember to rinse thoroughly. Soap does leave behind residue, and you don't want to taste soap.

The process is fairly simple: Masturbate. Whatever turns you on, however you get the most satisfaction, masturbate. If you only masturbate your clit, use one single finger in addition. Even if it does not help you get off, it gets wetness on your finger.

Edge at least three times, and bring your toy or finger(s) to your mouth, and lick them clean. The more you edge, the wetter you should continue to get, and hopefully the more intense the orgasm.

Orgasm.

As you are basking in the glow of the post-orgasm, bring toys or fingers to eye level. Look at your wetness. Lick it up. All of it. Let every lick stay on your tongue for a moment, to maximize how much you taste it, before going for the next. Idly touch yourself as this happens.

Try to do this twice a day, several hours apart. No other masturbation or orgasms are allowed for the period of the training (because the idea is to associate the things constantly. Orgasms during training that do not associate them could adversely effect training).

Do this every day, for at least a week.

Now we are on level two.

Your goal, every time you masturbate this week, is multiple orgasms. At least two.

Edge three times, but never let your fingers or toys leave your pussy. Finally, work yourself to an intense orgasm. Bury your fingers or toy as much as you can. As much as you can, focus your mind on how wet you are, and how much juice is coating whatever you came on. Think about how it would taste.

Keep them in you through the orgasm. As soon as you start to come down, start working towards your second. As you come near it, ensure that you have sufficient stimulus that you know you will still cum even when you pull your fingers or toys away. The moment before orgasm, remove whatever you have soaked, and jam it in your mouth, but NOT far enough to gag you!
Suck on and lick your wetness as the orgasm comes over you.

This is important. Before, it was associating the taste with the pleasurable afterglow, but this time it is with the orgasm itself. While cumming, focus on the taste of yourself in your mouth. Never let it leave your awareness.

After you cum down, use dry fingers to reach in and scoop whatever other wetness it can reach. Suck one the finger.

Keep this up for at least a week.

From here, we can maintain multiple orgasms if you wish, but they are not needed, if they are hard. With luck, between being aroused to begin with, the 3 edges, and cumming, all with the thought of eating your juices on your mind, you should get wet enough. On your first orgasm, be ready to feed yourself all the wetness you can, so that you are savoring your own flavor as you cum.
Again, after you finish, use clean fingers to go back in, and scoop out more. If there is enough to go back for more multiple times, do so.
Think of your flavor as a reward. You did good, and you earned a delicious treat. It is a special treat, like candy, and it is all yours.

You should do this for a month.
For sanitary reasons, take off while on your period. But think about it, so you'll be eager to get back to it.

By here, you have been doing this for 6 weeks. Every masturbation session has involved you tasting yourself. Every orgasm for over a month has happened with the essence of your own sex filling your mouth.
And it has not just been a physical happening. Every taste should have been accompanied by desire. A desire to love your flavor. A desire to consume the results of your own arousal. A desire for the special treat you earn after making yourself feel good.

Test to see if your conditioning has paid off.

Congratulations. You have managed to condition yourself. You have reached a point where your own flavor, your juices, are linked with sexual satisfaction in your mind. Tasting yourself will make you horny, and cumming will make you crave tasting yourself. Keep it up! Find new and creative ways to enjoy this kink.

And if you don't feel a need to taste yourself?
... then I think I am the one who failed, and not you.
I hope at least that, even if conditioning did not set in, you still have come to find your taste appealing, and the concept of tasting yourself as sexy. That it is no longer simply something you are willing to do for a dare or an audience, but instead becomes something you can find some enjoyment in, even if not the deeper pleasure we hoped for.


Now, obviously, with this program being a minimum of six weeks, we won't get any reports in for a while. But I would ask women who are interested to say so in the thread.
I would appreciate any women who already enjoy their taste to consider writing some encouragement about why it is sexy and enjoyable, to bolster on girls considering this.
